Dear Graduate Students,
I wanted to take this time to let you know about the following upcoming meetings and events:
Thursday, October 2nd 11:45-12:45 PM AAB 108/110/112: Lunch meeting with Dr. William Campbell, Candidate for GSBS Dean
Friday, October 3rd 12 PM -1 PM Howe Conference Room (5th Floor of Library): GSA Lunch Meeting. In this meeting we will be planning upcoming events and discussing issues. Sandwiches will be provided, but bring your own drinks.
Wednesday, October 15th 7 PM - 9 PM Pavillion by Volleyball Courts: GSA Fall BBQ, Brisket and Drinks will be provided. Please bring friends, family and a side dish. RSVP to me (pagel@uthscsa.edu) or Addie Embry (embrya@uthscsa.edu) by October 10th.
Also, mark your calendars for the following lunch meetings with the remaining candidates for the GSBS Dean.

The Graduate Student Association (GSA) will host a barbeque for all graduate students, their friends, and families on Wednesday, October 15 at 7pm. The event will take place at the UTHSCSA pavilion/picnic tables by the track and tennis courts. The barbeque will be "potluck"- GSA will provide drinks and brisket, while people attending are encouraged to bring a favorite side dish. If you don't feel like cooking, don't worry, we will accept a $3 donation instead!
If you plan on attending, please RSVP by Friday, October 10 with 1)the number of guests you are bringing, and 2) if you're bringing food to the party or if you prefer to make a donation. You can RSPV to either Leland Page at pagel@uthscsa.edu or Addie Embry at embrya@uthscsa.edu.
